Ingredients
- Large Spaghetti Squash
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder for Seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400.
Step 2
Microwave the squash 5-10 minutes to soften slightly. Cut in half lengthwise. Scrape out the seeds. Place in a baking pan cut side up and roast until tender. (About 40 minutes)
Step 3
Can either serve with topping inside the halved shell or scoop out with a fork to "shed" into noodles and serve with topping or can even add the squash noodles to the topping mixture in the pan before serving.
