Ingredients
- 2 1/2 - 3 lb spaghetti squash
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Halve the spaghetti squash lengthwise and remove seeds. Drizzle each half with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper and garlic (if desired). Place squash, cut sides down on a baking sheet. Bake for 45 - 50 minutes or until tender. Using a fork, shred and separate the spaghetti squash into strands.
