Ingredients
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 Tblsp butter
- 3 /12 cups cooked chicken chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 eight-inch flour tortillas
- 16 ounces Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 7-ounce salsa verde
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion in butter. Stir in chicken and cream cheese. Cook until cream cheese melts. Arrange tortillas on work surface and spoon 2-3 Tblsp of chicken mixture down the center of each. Roll tortillas to enclose the place them seam down in a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and drizzle with cream. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes until bubbly and brown.
