Ingredients
- 1 cup of butter melted
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1cup powdered sugar
- 1 small vanilla instant pudding
- 1small choc instant pudding
- 3cups milk
- 1 pack of Oreo cookies reg filling
- Small tub of cool whip
- Alternate crust
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Mix melted butter and crushed Oreos. Put this in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together.
Spread on top of Oreos. Mix both pudding mixes with 3cups milk and beat until thickened. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Top by spreading cool whip on top. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
Step 2
For alternate crust, mix 1 cup melted butter with 1cup flour. Add pecans and spread on bottom of dish. Bake at 350 for 15 min then let cool. Follow same layering steps as before.
I prefer the alternate crust but if you have someone who can’t have pecans then the Oreo crust is delicious. Also I make this a lot for friends so I use a deep aluminum lasagna dish so they won’t have to return my dish.
