  • Sesame oil
  • Rice wine vinegar
  • Orange juice
  • Lime juice
  • Sugar
  • Jalapenos
  • Sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Into your blender, pour 1 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup sesame oil, 1/2 cup mirin, 4 tbsp. canola oil, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup chopped cloves and 4 chopped green onions.
Add 1/2 an onion, 1 kiwi (no skin) and 2 tbsp. sesame seeds.
Blend for a few seconds.

Step 2

Take 2lbs boneless beef short rib and place in a bowl.
Gradually pour your marinade over and push on your meat until all the marinade is gone.
Leave to the side to marinate.

Step 3

Heat 2 cups of canola oil in a pan on low-medium heat.

Step 4

Add 2 cups of garlic cloves.

Step 5

Chop the other half of your onion and 2-3 jalapenos.
In another pan, hear a drop of canola oil, then add your onion and jalapenos.

Step 6

Pout 1 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup sesame oil, 1 cup canola oil and 2 cups rice wine vinegar into your blender.
Add 8 garlic cloves, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup gochugaru, 2 rough chopped green onions and a handful of sesame seeds.

Step 7

Talk a stalk of ginger and peel it. Rough chop a 1/2 cup and add to the blender.
Blend.
Pour your mix into a bowl and set aside, then mince 1 onion and 1 bunch of cilantro. Put in another bowl and squeeze in the juice of 1 lime.

Step 8

Turn off your 2 pans, then fill a dutch oven with a drop of canola oil and turn it on to low-medium heat.
Take a grill pan and drizzle a little oil, then add your meat. Cook until it's dark and charred without being burnt.

Step 9

Take your cooked onions and garlic and pour into the blender. Add 5 ounces orange juice and 5 ounces lime juice, plus salt and pepper.

Step 10

Add 6 bunches of cilantro to the blender and blend.
Slide your meat into small strips and place in a dish.
Add sauces.
