Ingredients
- Toasted Sesame oil
- Yellow onion
- Organic red miso paste
- Tahini paste
- Sriracha
- Baby spinach
- Toasted Sesame seeds
- Green onions
- Hard boiled eggs
- Fresh ramen
Preparation
Step 1
Take your yellow onion, peel it and slice it thin.
Step 2
Add 2 tbsp. sesame oil to a hot pan on your stove.
Step 3
Boil two eggs in a pot of water.
Step 4
Measure half a cup of tahini paste and half a cup of miso paste. Add to the oil.
Step 5
Pour in eight cups of purified water.
Step 6
Add 2 tbsp. Sriracha to the mix.
Step 7
Prep your toppings, including green onions, but cutting them on the bias.
Step 8
In another pot of boiling water, heat four 10oz packages of ramen for 3:30. Strain your ramen, then use tongs to split the noodles in four bowls.
Step 9
Ladle your soup into each bowl on the side. Add sliced avocado and half a hard boiled egg to each bowl.
Step 10
Finish with spinach, green onions and cilantro. Sprinkle with togarashi and sesame seeds.
