Ingredients
- 14oz can artichoke hearts, rinsed & drained
- 2 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
- 1 cup chopped arugula
- 2 T minced garlic
- 1/2 cup shredded Asiago cheese (2oz)
- 2 T flour
- 8oz. carton sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup bottled roasted red peppers, drained and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion (2)
Preparation
Step 1
350 30 mins or until edges are bubbly.
Step 2
Squeeze artichokes to remove excess liquid. Chop and set aside. Stack prosciutto slices, cut crosswise into thin strips and then in half. Cook in medium pan till brown and slightly crisp. Add arugula, cook for 1 min stirring.
Step 3
Toss cheese and flour, Stir in everything. Transfer to ungreased 9" dish. Sprinkle with additional cheese.
Step 4
Serve with baguette slices and/or crackers
