Ingredients
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 3-4 diced garlic cloves
- 3/4 cabbage head, chopped
- 1/2 can tomato sauce
- 1 lb lean ground meat
- chopped parsley for serving
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat, add onion and garlic to one side of the meat for one minute. Stir all together. Add cabbage, 1/2 can tomato sauce, can of diced tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste - cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with a sprinkle of chopped parsley on top
