Ingredients
- 5 medium potatoes
- 2 T flour
- 1 T cornstarch
- salt and pepper
- Parmesan cheese, optional
Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes in salted water for 30 minutes.
Mash and add the flour, cornstartch, and salt and pepper to taste.
Knead into a ball and roll into a log. Cut into pieces as wide as a fork and press fork to make indentations.
Step 2
Fry 3 to 5 minutes or till golden brown.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and more salt, if desired.
These are addictive!!!
