• 1 pack baby spinach
• 2 hard boiled eggs
• 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
• 1 cup cooked crumbled bacon
• Dressing: 1 cup oil
• 1 cup red wine vinegar
• 1 chopped med red onion
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp worchester sauce
• 2 tsp salt
• 1/3 cup ketchup
