Shrimp Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 1-2 pounds of raw shrimp
  • Red, yellow and green bell peppers
  • Onions (white or yellow or green)
  • Broccoli
  • Zucchini
  • Celery
  • Mushrooms (cook before to get liquid out)
  • Water chestnuts
  • Baby corn
  • Snow peas

Preparation

Step 1

Add a little peanut oil to wok and add seasoned, pealed, and deveined shrimp. Fry until shrimp become opaque. Remove from wok to plate.

Stir fry in wok with a little peanut oil and add brown sauce after veggies
are done. Toss until heated through and through. Return shrimp to wok and toss.
