Dave's (Burke) Potatoes

Ingredients

• 3-5 pounds B size Potatoes
• 2 sticks Butter
• Parsley Flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Crown and Quarter Potatoes

Step 2

Boil in Salted Water for 15-20 minutes

Step 3

Drain and Spread in a 9X13 pan, lightly salt and pepper

Step 4

Melt Butter and pour over potatoes

Step 5

Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes, checking them at 30 minutes

Step 6

Sprinkle with Parsley Flakes the last 5 minutes of baking

Step 7

Season to Taste
