Dave’s (Burke) Potatoes

Ingredients

• 3-5 pounds B size potatoes
• 2 sticks butter
• Parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Crown and quarter potatoes

Step 2

Boil in salted water for 15-20 minutes

Step 3

Drain and spread in 9X13 pan

Step 4

Pour melted butter over top of potatoes

Step 5

Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes, checking them at 30 minutes

Step 6

Sprinkle with parsley flakes the last five minutes of baking

Step 7

Season to taste
