Buckeyes

Ingredients

• 1 lb. jar peanut butter
• 1 1/2 lbs. powdered sugar
• 2 sticks butter
• 1-12 oz. pkg. chocolate bits
• 1/2 stick of parafine

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together peanut butter, powdered sugar and butter until it is texture of pie dough. Roll into small balls and chill. Melt chocolate bits and parafine in a small saucepan.

Step 2

Stick toothpicks into balls and dip into hot chocolate mixture. Leave space on top around the toothpick which will make them look like a real buckeye.
