Ingredients
- 1/4 cup salted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 large garlic gloves, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
- 1 tablespoon finely minced fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
In a small heavy saucepan melt the butter over low heat. Add the olive oil and warm for about 2 to 3 minutes, then add the garlic, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat for 4 to 5 minutes, or just until the garlic begins to brown. Turn off the heat and quickly remove the garlic with a slotted spoon. Add the parsley then mix.
