Sour Cream Muffins

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces unsalted butter
  • 4 ounces sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 5 ounces flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 5 ounces sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg.

Step 2

Stir the dry ingredients together.

Step 3

Stir the dry ingredients and sour cream slowly into the batter. Stir in vanilla.

Step 4

Pour mix into muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
