Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 3 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoon smoked paprika, regular paprika if you can't find smoked
- 2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt, or to your preference
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger

Just mix all the spices together and store what you don't use today in an airtight container. Makes about ½ cup.
