Ingredients
- 5 pkg (2 oz, each)thinly sliced dried beef
- 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup finely chopped sweet onion
- 4 drops worcestershire sauce
- Ritz crackers and assorted fresh vegetables
Preparation
Step 1
Place sliced dried beef in a food processor;pulse until finely chopped. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in 2/3 cup beef and the onion and worcestershire sauce. Refrigerate, covered, at least one hour.
Step 2
Place remaining beef in a small shallow bowl. Shape cheese mixture into a bow; roll in beef to coat evenly. Wrap; refrigerate a least 1 hour.
Step 3
Serve with crackers and vegetables.
This yields 2 cups.
