Vegetables: Lola's Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• 5 sweet potatoes
• 1 cup butter
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 cup milk
• juice and grated rind of 1 orange
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Stew potatoes in jackets

Step 2

Skin and mash

Step 3

Add butter, sugar, milk, orange juice, rind and eggs

Step 4

Put in buttered casserole and top with buttered nuts

Step 5

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
