Ingredients
- 5 lbs chicken cooks and cut up
- 2 packages long grain wild rice with seasoning
- 1 pound hot sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 4 medium onions, chopped
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 4 cans cream of mushroom soup
- Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing
Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken and rice
Step 2
Cook and drain sausage, crumble
Step 3
Saute onion and celery in some butter then add soup
Step 4
Divide soup mix between 2 9'X13' greased baking dishes
Step 5
Sprinkle chicken on top, spread rice on top of chicken and bread crumbs on top of rice. Dab with butter
Step 6
Cover with foil and bake 250 for 30-45 minutes
