Ingredients
- CAKE:
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 1/2 sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 4 tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 jar fluff
- CRUNCH:
- 12 ounces chocolate chips
- 3 cups rice krispies
- 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
Preparation
Step 1
1. For cake cream margarine and sugar. Add rest of ingredients, besides fluff, and mix well.
2. Pour into a lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Freeze.
3. For the crunch, melt chocolate chips in microwave, add peanut butter, add rice krispies.
4. To assemble cake add fluff on top of frozen cake, spread out. Add crunch on top . Freeze for easier slicing. Can drizzle with white chocolate.
