Ingredients
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Lime Juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
Preparation
Step 1
Combine water, juice and sugar in sauce pan and bring to simmer for three minutes stirring to ensure all the sugar dissolves.
Step 2
Cool completely and add the lime zest, stir to combine well and refrigerate for at least 3 hours
Step 3
Churn in ice cream maker per instructions and store tightly covered in the freezer
