Broccoli Epic Roasted

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds fresh broccoli stem on (about 3 large heads or 6 heaping cups of florets)
  • 3 TBSP olive oil divided
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt fresh ground pepper
  • 1 medium clove garlic
  • 2 TBSP fresh lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

preheat to 450
line baking sheet with parchment paper
chop broccoli into medium size florets
mix florets with 2 TBSP olive oil and kosher salt
roast for 20-25 minutes till tender and slightly browned (no need to stir)
remove from oven, grate garlic onto pan and add 1 TBSP of olive oil and lemon juice
gently toss and serve
