Ingredients
- 1 cup dry roasted peanuts
- 1 cup almonds, roasted
- 1 cup cashews, roasted
- 1 Tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 Tbsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp canola oil
- 1 tsp sugar

Preheat over to 250
Step 2
Toss together all ingredients. Arrange in a single layer on a parchment paper-) lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake in oven until liquid has evaporated and nuts are slightly caramelized (13-15 min). Cool to room temp. Serve or store in an airtight container
