Ingredients
- 8 c. diced cabbage
- 1 carrot shredded
- 2 T. grated onions
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/8 t. white pepper
- 1/4 c. whole milk
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. buttermilk
- 2. T. white vinegar
- 3 T. lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl combine cabbage with carrot and onion.
Step 2
In a second bowl whisk the rest of the ingredients until combined and smooth.
Step 3
Toss together thoroughly and put in the refrigerator for 4-8 hours (the longer the better.)
