Ground Chicken Burgers with Bacon

Ingredients

  • I pound ground chicken
  • 5 oz. bacon
  • 3/4 cup Panko
  • 1/2 freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup finely diced parsley
  • 2 green onion finely diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt/pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Fry bacon, remove from pan leaving the bacon fat.

Step 2

Dice up bacon into small pieces then add to a large mixing bowl with your chicken. Add Panko, parmesan, onions, parsley, garlic, egg and salt/pepper

Step 3

Mix with hands, then divide into four patties. Fry over medium heat in the pan of bacon fat.
