Ingredients
- I pound ground chicken
- 5 oz. bacon
- 3/4 cup Panko
- 1/2 freshly grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup finely diced parsley
- 2 green onion finely diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp. Salt/pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Fry bacon, remove from pan leaving the bacon fat.
Step 2
Dice up bacon into small pieces then add to a large mixing bowl with your chicken. Add Panko, parmesan, onions, parsley, garlic, egg and salt/pepper
Step 3
Mix with hands, then divide into four patties. Fry over medium heat in the pan of bacon fat.
