Ingredients
- 8 carrots
- 1 til olive oil
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Step 2
Cut carrots into 1 inch on a diagonal and place on a rimmed baking sheet.
Step 3
Whisk together olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Pour over carrots and toss to coat.
Step 4
Roast carrots in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes, until crisp-tender. Serve
