Ingredients
- One package of Lasagna noodles
- Two pounds Ricotta
- Two bags Shredded mozzarella (8 oz each)
- Grated cheese
- You will need Tomato sauce, and meatballs
- Use a 9X12 inch glass pan Preheat oven to 350
Preparation
Step 1
Cook lasagna noodles according to the box directions and let them cool
1-Put some sauce on the bottom of the pan
Put one layer of noodles over the sauce on the bottom of pan (may need to cut to evenly fit)
Another light layer of sauce
Some teaspoonfuls of ricotta around the bottom spread out
A light layer of mozzarella
Sprinkle some grated cheese over it
Break up meatballs and sprinkle over the top
Light coat of sauce again
2- Repeat two more layers of the same above
On top of all this , cover with noodles again to cut to fit.
Cover with Sauce, a little grating cheese.
Cover with Tin Foil
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, remove foil, bake another 10 minutes. Should be hot and bubbly, cheese should be melted, noodles fork tender but not charred or hard. If it starts burning on edges, take it out. It’s done. It’s all cooked you are really just heating everything and melting the cheese.
