Ingredients

- 1 T granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

- 3 T. granulated sugar
- 2 T. all purpose flour
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- BREAD
- Baking spray
- 2 C. all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 C. granulated sugar
- 8 T. unsalted butter, melted
- 2 Lg eggs, room temperature
- 1/2 C. sour cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan with baking spray and set aside.
Step 2
To prepare the topping, whisk together 1 T. sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon in a small bowl; set aside. To prepare the filling, whisk together 3 T. sugar, 2 T. flour and 1 tsp cinnamon in a separate small bowl, set aside.
Step 3
To prepare the bread, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Step 4
Add the sugar to a medium mixing bowl; pour melted butter over sugar and whisk to combine. Whisk in both eggs until just combined. Whisk in sour cream and vanilla, mixing until just combined. Pour the sugar mixture mover the flour mixture, gently stir with a rubber spatula until just combined.
Step 5
Spread half of the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the filling mixture evenly over top. Spread the remaining butter over filling mixture. Sprinkle topping mixture evenly over top. Spread the remaining batter over filling mixture. Sprinkle topping mixture evenly ovre top of the loaf.
Step 6
Bake 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf tests clean. Allow to cool in the pan on a wire rack 10-15 minutes before removing loaf from the pan to cool completely.

Serves 6 (serving size is 2 slices)
