  • seasonings (salt, pepper,
  • garlic powder, onion
  • powder
  • beef broth to cover
  • jar pepperoncini

Preparation

Step 1

Place roast, seasonings, beef broth and pepperonicini (with juice) in slow cooker for 5 hours. Remove from cooker and remove fat and bone. Return to cooker for one more hour

Step 2

Slice thin on crispy roll
