Egg Custard Pie

Ingredients

• Prepared pie crust
• 3 large eggs
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1//2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg (reserve)
• 2 2/3 c milk
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350
Set aside nutmeg. Mix all other ingredients well, pour into pie shell.
Bake 35-440 mins. Sprinkle nutmeg on pie surface. Cool. Serve
