Ingredients
- 1 cup celery finely chopped
- 4 cups cooked chicken chopped
- 1 cup onion finely chopped
- 1 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup miracle whip
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
Preparation
Step 1
Combine 3 1/2 lbs boneless skinless or about 3 chicken breasts cooked & chopped, finely chopped celery, onions and all other ingredients.
Step 2
I also add ½ cup chopped dried cranberries and
½ cup chopped pecans
I like to eat this on crackers or croissants! This year I am using left over turkey!
