Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups chardonnay
- 10 cloves of garlic, peeled, whole
- 2 shallots, peeled, sliced
- 1 leek, sliced, white and green parts
- 15 small red potatoes
- 20 clams
- 2 lemons, quartered
- 1 pound shrimp, frozen
- handful of kale
Preparation
Step 1
1) Bring wine and 1 1/2 cups of water to a boil.
2) Add garlic, shallots, leek, potatoes and cook 10 minutes
3) Add clams and lemon and cook 10 min.
4) Add shrimp and kale and cook 10 min.
