Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 white cake mix
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 egg whites
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint
- candy
- Topping:
- 1 can (16 ounces) vanilla
- frosting
- 2 1/2 tablespoons crushed
- peppermint candy
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, egg whites and oil until smooth. Stir in 1/2 cup crushed candy. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Step 3
Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
Step 4
Spread frosting over cooked cake. Sprinkle with crushed candy.
