Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 small Roma tomatoes, chopped (2/3 cup)
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
- 2 tsp chopped fresh or 1 tsp dried oregano
Preparation
Step 1
In 2qt saucepan, heat water to boiling over high heat. Add broccoli; cook 10-20 seconds until broccoli is bright green. Drain, rinse in cold water until cool.
Step 2
In small serving bowl, mix broccoli and remaining ingredients.
