Ingredients

• 1 box jiffy
• 1 small can - creamed corn (7 -8 oz)
• 2 jumbo eggs
• 1 stick Butter
• 1 cup sour cream
• optional:
• 1 can of diced green chiles
• shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all wet ingredients in bowl. Mix in Jiffy mix.

Step 2

Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350.
