Ingredients
- 8-9 oz bag salted kettle chips
- 1/2 c plus 2 T finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1-1/2 T chopped fresh sage or thyme
- 1/4 c chopped fresh chives
- 2 t lemon zest
- 1 t garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. Arrange potato chips in a single layer in a 15x10 baking pan. In a bowl combine 1/2 c Parmesan, sage, 1 T chives, zest and garlic powder. Sprinkle over chips.
Step 2
Bake for 5 minutes or until brown. Sprinkle warm chips with remaining 3 T chives and remaining 2 T Parmesan.
