Blueberry Tarragon Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 c blueberries
  • 2 T chopped fresh tarragon
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 c dry red wine 1/2 c chicken broth
  • 2 T honey

Preparation

Step 1

In a large saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered about 30 minutes or until reduced to 1-1/4 cups. Season with salt and pepper.
