Creamy Meatball Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 10.75 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup or cream of onion soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 20 ounce package refrigerated red-skinned potato wedges
  • 1 16 ounce package (32) frozen cooked meatballs
  • 1 16 ounce package frozen stir-fry vegetables (any combination)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine soup, milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Stir in potatoes, meatballs, and frozen vegetables.

Step 2

Transfer mixture to an ungreased 3-quart rectangular baking dish. Bake, covered, about 1 hour or until heated through.
