Ingredients
- One5 to 6 ounce package fresh spinach chopped

Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat add remaining spinach and garlic cook until just wilted about two minutes let cool slightly gently press spinach with tongues and drain excess liquid transfer mixture to a small bowl and stir in mayonnaise chill covered at for at least 30 minutes

Meanwhile we’re together egg reserved one cup spinach the cheese oats onion salt and pepper in a large bowl until combined add ground beef and mix with your hands just until combined shape into six 3/4 inch thick

Heat a large skillet over medium heat add patties cooked turning once about 15 minutes or until an instant read thermometer inserted into the thicker spots registers 165°F

Serve on buns with spinach mixture and other toppings as desired
