Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free flour(with Xanthum)
  • 1 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 egg white plus a drop of water mixed

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 375

Step 2

Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and add yogurt. Mix by hand well.
Place on lightly floured surface and need until smooth. Divide into 4 balls.Roll in ball and flatten. Poke your finger in the middle and make a whole.. Brush with egg white mixture. Sprinkle with favorite toppings.

Step 3

Place on parchment line cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes till brown.

Step 4

Freeze until eaten.

Cinnamon Raisin -Add 1 tsp sugar and cinnamon to dough
1/4 cup rasins.
