Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon, flaked
  • 1 small shallot, finely chopped
  • 2 TBS chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine salmon, shallots, 1 TBS cilantro,mustard,pepper,1/8 tsp salt in bowl. Mix to combine. Form 4 patties, each about 1/2" thick. Spray skillet and set over medium heat. Add patties cook until lightly browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side.
