Ingredients
- 1/2 c cold butter cubed
- 2 c self rising flour
- 3/4 c buttermilk
- Melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl cut butter into flour until coarse crumbs. Stir buttermilk just until moisten. Turn onto lightly floured surface knead 3-4 times. Cut with floured 2 1/2" biscuit cutter.
Step 2
Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 425' until golden brown, 11-13 minutes. Brush with melted butter.
