Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 (14oz) can chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups penne pasta (or other) uncooked
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 2 cups grated parmesan
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
Preparation
Step 1
Add oil to skillet and heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper and Italian seasoning. Saute 2-3 mins. Stir in garlic and saute another minute. Pour in broth, cream, pasta, and basil. Stir well. Bring to a boil, cover pan, and reduce heat so mixture simmers. Simmer 15-20 minutes til most of the liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat. Add parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese. Stir and serve.
