Ingredients
- 6 oz sliced pepperoni
- 8 four inch tortillas
- 1 16 oz jar pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Heat skillet over medium heat. Add pepperoni and fry til crisp, stirring often. Transfer to a paper towel. Brush each tortilla with a thin layer of pizza sauce. Sprinkle cheese on top of half of tortillas. Top cheese with pepperoni. Sprinkle on another layer of cheese. Place remaining tortillas, sauce side down, on top of layered tortillas. Preheat greased or nonstick skillet over medium heat. Gently place quesadillas in pan and cook 3-5 minutes on each side, til crispy. Slice into quarters and serve with warm pizza sauce.
