Ingredients
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 4 t. sugar
- 4 t. fish sauce
- 1 T. vegetable oil
- 2 T. minced peeled fresh ginger
- 1 large shallot, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 serrano chile, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 T. (heaping) creamy peanut butter
Preparation
Step 1
In sm. bowl, combine 1st 3 ingredients and stir til sugar dissolves. Set aside. Heat oil in skillet over high until hot. Add shallot, ginger, garlic, and chile and stir for 30 sec. Add turkey. Brown for 5 min. Add ½ sauce and cook 2 min. Add 1 heaping T. peanut butter and stir in til melted. Serve in lettuce leaves w remaining sauce.
