Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs Chic Breast (cut in 1 1/2 in pieces)
- 3/4 C long grain white rice (uncooked)
- 1 1/3 C Chicken Broth or water
- 3 C fresh broccoli florets
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Sm Can Cr of Chicken Soup
Preparation
Step 1
Season Chicken with S and P. Layer the Chicken, Onion Powder, Rice and 1/4 C Cheese in pot. Pour Broth over cheese and spoon soup on top. Dont stir until cooked.
Lock the lid and close the pressure release valve. Pressure cook on High pressure, setting the timer to 6 minutes. Quick Release when done.
Add broccoli and stir well. Then sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Close lid and let stand 10 mins or until rice is tender and broccoli is tender and crisp.
