Ingredients
- 2 cans chicken broth
- Onion
- 3 medium potatoes
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 cup milk
- Parsley 1/4 cup butter
Preparation
Step 1
Bring the first 6 ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 15-20 minutes
Step 2
Whisk flour w/milk til smooth. Whisk into potato/corn mixture.
Step 3
Stir in butter. Cook two minutes. Add parsley
