Chicken Lasagna Roll ups

Ingredients

  • 9 Lasagna Noodles
  • 14 1/2 oz of alfredo sauce (garlic)
  • 1 lb shredded chicken
  • 1/2 Tsp oregano
  • 2 cups shredded mozzerella

Preparation

Step 1

Spray an 8 x 8 pan with nonstick spray pour 1/2 cup of alfredo sauce on bottom of pan. Cook lasagna noodles till all dante drain and rinse noodles with cold water

Step 2

While noodles are cooking mix together 1 cup of alfredo sauce, 1 cup of mozerella cheese, chicken and oregano

Step 3

Lay noodles out and blot water off them with paper towel spread 1/9 of chicken mixture on noodle roll up noodle and place seam down in pan repeat with all noodles once in pan pour rest of alfredo sauce over them top with remaining cheese bake at 350 for 30 minutes
