Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup water, or more
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp sri racha
- 2 Tbsp jarred pimento or more
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- ground black pepper
- chive for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in Vitamix or strong blender. Add ingredients as they are listed in the Ingredient List. Process ingredients until dip consistency.
Top with chives for garnish
